Be careful as they don't respond when they break stuff.

They quote for 8 tonne truck with 3 men. I accepted the offer. Then before 3 day of the job, they changed the job with 2 men without having any discussion. I just accepted as I had no time to look for other option. On the day of the job 3 men appeared without any prior notice.

The job start time was from 7:00 am and they appeared around 7:10 am. They finished the job at 10:12 am and on the way to move stuff to new house, they stopped at a cafe and had breakfast. I have no issue for them having breakfast, but even though the actual job time was less than 3 hours, they still charged me for 3 and half hours.

They broke few stuff but when I sent email with all these details to them, they haven't replied me yet even after follow up emails.

The guys are too slow to do the job and they will make sure they charge for 3 hours at-least. I moved all cartoons myself and even after that with 3 men they took 3 hours to move stuff from Clayton to Bentleigh East (just 5kms).

Very slow movers and not worth the cost.

The 2 men from Kevin Removals were extremely slow, they arrived 20 minutes late and took longer than usual to reach the destination. They took their time to fold and pack away blankets instead of unloading in a timely manner. The move from Balaclava to Essendon took 4.5 hours plus they charged an extra 1/2 hour for travel and $30 fuel. This move should have taken 3.5 hours. My husband had to help with a lot of the lifting as well as they would have taken even longer to complete the job. Do not use this company.

Great Job!

I was very happy with Kevin removals and storage, very cost efficient and the guys that did the job handled things with care.
I rang in desperate for a removal company to move at an efficient price and they fit me in straight away, So I couldn't thank them enough! :)
I would definitely recommend this company to my friends or anyone that needs to move!
